Axiom Search provides basic candidate screening service to evaluate candidate fit for a particular position. The applicants fill out basic screening questionnaire over phone or email. Axiom then evaluates the responses and based on the match forwards then directly to our client for further review.

We deploy online and offline self-screening tools for candidates to provide specific experience in relation to desired competencies and skills for a position as defined by our client. |

In addition, Axiom Search conducts telephone screening against desired competencies utilizing STAR case profiling techniques. We seek specific mini case examples for each desired competency by probing candidates to define the Situation they were facing, Tasks assigned to them, Actions they conducted as part of the effort, and the Results that were achieved. |
